Materials: 100% cotton yarn, or yarn of your choice Needles to suit yarn Sample shown done with size 7 needles and 100% worsted weight cotton Cast on 36 stitches Rows 1-4:  knit across Row 5:   k3, p30, k3 Row 6 and remaining even numbered rows: knit across Rows 7-8:   repeat rows 5 & 6 Row 9:   k3, p11, k8, p11, k3 Rows 11 & 13: k3, p10, k10, p10, k3 Row 15:   k3, p9, k4, p4, k4, p9, k3 Rows 17, 19, 21 & 23:     K3, p8, k4, p6, k4, p8, k3 Row 25:   k3, p9, k4, p4, k4, p9, k3 Row 27:   k3, p10, k10, p10, k3 Row 29:   k3, p11, k8, p11, k3 Row 31:   k3, p12, k6, p12, k3 Row 33:   k3, p11, k8, p11, k3 Rows 35, 37 & 39: k3, p10, k3, p4, k3, p10, k3 Row 41:   k3, p11, k8, p11, k3 Row 43:   k3, p12, k6, p12, k3 Row 45:   k3, p13, k4, p13, k3 Rows 47-50:  repeat rows 5 & 6 Rows 51-54:  knit across Bind off
