BB Style Tawashi
or  I could have called it the "Tawashi based on the ballband cloth made famous by PnC yarns and even "famouser" by Mason-Dixon Knitting".....now do you understand why I call it BB style?!? :o)

Fold in half vertically and sew along back seam.  Use white yarn to weave in and out on the bottom; pull tightly to gather and finish off.  Weave white yarn in an out on top; pull tightly to gather.  Tie a tight knot then make a hanging loop out of any remaining yarn.  Alternately, you can crochet a hanging loop.  Sometimes I like the simple Japanese style “tie a knot in it and call it a hanger” method, as shown in the blue and white sample.

Dawn crocheted her hanging loop and it looks fantastic! :o)
